Frequently Asked Questions
A signature ‘design’ is classed as a signature which cannot be simply cloned from another and modified (a version), but would need to be created from the ground up (i.e. the customer has two different companies and would like a separate/different signature for each). If more than one signature design is required, then please increase the quantity to the required amount when placing the order for the professional service within CASCADE.
Customers would need to supply us with their own images (i.e. company logos or promotional banners) to include within their signatures. It is possible for us to use the Exclaimer editor itself to create, for instance, something which looks and operates like a banner, though using an actual banner image is advised most of the time.
