Teams Live Events is being retired and will be replaced by Microsoft Teams Town Hall.

Teams Town Hall is rolling out globally for commercial Office 365 and Microsoft 365 customers now, with Teams Live Events’ retirement in September 2024.

The general availability for government customers (GCC, GCC High, and DoD) will be announced in the coming months.
