CASCADE Ops Administrator
We’re recruiting for a CASCADE Ops Administrator who will ensure the smooth running of the CASCADE Platform 24/7. This will include ensuring services are provisioned within SLA as well as providing migration support to new customers and working closely with the development team on new CASCADE features and testing.
Identify and resolve problems related to existing CASCADE functionality
Assist and support the onboarding of new Partners and customers where required
You will have experience working on a Customer Service Desk
Proven enthusiasm for giving customers the best customer service experience
