    Why intY is Different

The number of companies purporting to be SaaS vendors of merit is rapidly increasing; here we examine what they do and compare with what intY offers, to demonstrate why we believe we are genuinely different.

The majority of intY’s competitors in this space simply resell software solutions from other vendors which they host. They are primarily focused on the SME market sector only, often selling over the web on a self service basis. Products like these can work well in isolation, but have inherent problems when used to build, run and administer a seamless, nonstop solution. This applies to both direct customers and resellers, of course.

Typically the provisioning, management reporting and billing systems offered by such vendors are separate and isolated, resulting in high administration overheads. Coupled with limited initial support and low service levels, the reality behind the dream that many SaaS vendors promise can quickly turn into a nightmare.

intY develops its own technology in security, provisioning and management systems to deliver a one touch customer experience. This complements the customer business requirement for multiple applications, all delivered via a SaaS model.
Although in many instances our Customers and Reseller partners may only be using one or two SaaS applications today, these unique capabilities enable them to rapidly increase their deployments on demand.
intY customers are able to seamlessly scale their SaaS requirements in direct response to business conditions as they transition from traditional software-as-a-product solutions to a dynamic, on-demand operation.
