    1. How do I configure my Outlook 2007 desktop to use intY Hosted Exchange?

    2. My autologin tool has stopped working, what might be causing this?

    It has been known that corporate anti-virus solutions may stop the service from running on start-up. To remedy or avoid this please allow the autologin.exe file that is located in C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

    3. I would like to install the Outlook 2007 client. What are the pre-requisites?

    The pre-requisites for the service are:

    4. How can I access my emails using the Outlook Web Access client?

    You can connect to your email from any web browser by simply visiting https://exchange.inty.com and entering your details.

    5. I would like to send on behalf of another user. How do we set this up?

    This would have to be carried out by the person you are wishing to send on behalf of, or by contacting your system administrator.

     When logging in to https://admin.inty.com  select the <Mailbox delegation rights> option

    -> Click <Add>

    -> Find the user

    -> Select the appropriate privilege and click <Add>

    6. How do I change my primary email alias?

    This is carried out in the intY administration portal by your systems administrator.

     To change your users email alias please login to https://admin.inty.com

    -> List users

    -> Right click on the required user

    -> Select < Hosted Exchange 2007>

    -> Select <Manage email addresses>

    From here you can select your primary alias. All emails will appear to be sent from this address no matter what device is used unless configured otherwise.

    7. How do I increase my users email mailbox size?

    This is carried out in the intY administration portal by your systems administrator.

    To change your users email alias please login to https://admin.inty.com

    -> List users

    -> Right click on the required user

    -> Select <Hosted Exchange 2007>

    -> Edit service information

    -> Select the blue drop down arrow

    -> Modify the disk space accordingly.

     **Please note this change will not go live until the next working day as the change occurs during an overnight update**

    8. How do I give my user the BlackBerry Enterprise connection service to the Hosted Exchange?

    If you have some spare BES licenses with your HMC service and would like to allocate them to an existing user you will need to follow these steps:

    Login to https://admin.inty.com

    -> List users

    -> Right click on the required user

    -> Select <Add service>

    -> Select the <BlackBerry Service 3.2.0> check box

    -> Click <Next>

    -> Select the blue drop down arrow

    -> Assign the user an Activation Password. This will be used when configuring the BlackBerry Enterprise activation on the device.

    9. How do I configure a Windows mobile device using ActiveSync?

    You need a mobile phone with Windows Mobile V5 or V6 or a Nokia E-series with the 'Mail for Exchange' connector.

    Simply configure the server credentials into ActiveSync or Nokia as follows:

    Server name: exchange.inty.com

    User: This field is found under the <View configuration> option in the administration portal. The field required for username is the login information for Microsoft Outlook, (use this if you do not have the latest service pack or hotfix installed).

    Domain: HMC

    10. How do I add another email alias?

    To add another user alias login to https://admin.inty.com

    -> List users

    -> Right click on the required user

    -> Under Hosted Exchange 2007

    -> Manage email addresses.

    You can then add additional aliases to your user.

    11. How do I download the Outlook auto config for Hosted Exchange?

    Login to the portal https://admin.inty.com, select <User> then auto login as user, select <Desktop Outlook Setup>, and download and follow the instructions.
