    1. How do I delete my mail queue?

    Go to the intY Admin screen, log in as an admin user, select <System Usage>, select <View> and Modify Mail Queues, select either incoming or outgoing queue, choose email you want to discard by clicking the radial button under the D option.

    2. Email Forwarding

    Go to the intY Admin screen, log in as an admin user, select <Users>, <User Manager>, highlight user then select <Properties>, select <Mailbox Destination> tab, and either forward email to local user or external user.

    3. How do I install the intY Connection Manager?

    Go to <Start> button in Windows on the Windows machine you wish to install the Connection Manager on. Select <Run>, type \\inty , a Windows file share window appears, select the <Software> folder, then PC/CONNECTION-MANAGER, then double click on <Setup>.

    4. How can I add an alias address to a user on the Exoserver?

    You add the new alias to the user on the intY admin menu under <User manager> – select the user and click <Properties> and in the tab called <Mail aliases> add the new alias.

    5. I have no internet connection on the Exoserver, how do I re-connect?

    Logon to the intY Exoserver admin screen, select <Network Diagnostics>, then <Current Network Status>, click <Restart networking> , and then connect to the internet.
