NonStop Broadband keeps your office connected no matter who digs up the road! If your ADSL broadband line fails, the service switches over to 3G operation automatically maintaining your Internet connection.

Complete package

The NonStop Broadband package includes a router and a 3G modem with 5GB of data allowance every month, which is plenty for typical faults. Your broadband line will need to be migrated to intY so we can monitor it, but that is free. The broadband line will be a super fast un-contended 16Mbps business line. (If available at your exchange. If not, the highest specification alternative will be supplied)

Fully managed and supported

The intY Support desk will be monitoring the ADSL line so any line faults will be reported quickly and you will be notified of the situation. They will also set up the router with a working configuration before it’s sent to you, so all you need to is plug it in. Once the router is up and running we will make any further changes remotely, so you don’t need to get involved in the technical side of things.
