What browsers are supported by Hosted Exchange 2010?

Hosted Exchange 2010 supports the following email clients:

  • PC- Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010
  • Mac- Outlook 2011 and Entourage 2008

How can I access Outlook Web App?

Hosted Exchange users can access their mailbox using any PC by logging on to Outlook Web App.

1. Go to https://owa.unified365.com
2. Enter your full email address and password to log in
3. If you have entered your email address and password correctly your mailbox will load.

How can I upgrade from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2010?

Contact your intY account manager and they will be able to offer you the latest version of Outlook 2010.

How do I create a distribution group?

Users on the Exchange 2010 platform have the ability to create distribution lists and add themselves and others to available distribution lists (depending on the approval policy for the distribution group).

To create a distribution group:

1. Navigate to: https://owa.unified365.com
2. Select options from the top right corner and select 'view all options' from the sub menu.
3. Select Groups from the left navigation pane.
4. Click 'New' under the 'Public Groups in own section'
5. Complete the fields as desired and expand the 'Membership Approval' Section to select how members can be added to the group.

How do I set my Out of Office response?

While you’re out of the office you can set a message to automatically reply to any email messages that are sent to you during this time.

If you are a Hosted Exchange user you can set this message using Outlook Web App

1. Navigate to: https://owa.unified365.com/
2. Login using your full email address and password
3. Click the 'Options' menu in the top right corner and click 'See all options' from the sub menu.
4. Select 'Organise Email' from the left navigation menu and select the 'Automatic Replies' icon.
5. Click the 'send replies' radio button and select the date/time during which the out of office message should be sent.
6. Type and format your message in the text box.
7. Click 'Save'
