Please find below frequently asked MailDefender queries:

1. I have forgotten my MailDefender login password

Go to http://login.maildefender.net/ ,select <Forgot password>, enter email address of user and a new password will be sent.

2. How do I change the email address for my MailDefender Quarantine alert?

Go to http://login.maildefender.net/ , login as user, select <Alert settings>, enter new email address for quarantine email alert.

3. We have just changed our ISP and are now not able to send or receive emails, why?

This is because your IP address has changed. If intY handles your email you need to inform us asap of your new address for us to make the necessary changes in MailDefender.

4. We need to always be able to receive emails from a particular sender’s address, how can I configure MailDefender to achieve this?

Within MailDefender there is a tab <Address allow/deny> where you will be able to add individual email addresses or whole domains to the “Sender allow list”.

5. What are our MailDefender IP addresses?

The IP range to add in to your firewall to allow our servers to contact you and allow mail through are 195.90.96.0 255.255.254.0
